Things learned on December 9, 2010

We were all placed on earth to shine. Be it individually or in tandem with others, the potential to create light exists in all of us. That is how we were created, or evolved, as some of you might think. I see the validity in your opinions.

The problem, at least as I see it, is that too often those who are meant to shine individually, to discover their magic on their own, are held down by their relationships with others. We are meant for connection; this much is true. But at what expense should the individual maintain relationships? At the expense of their personal light? Is that not depriving the world from experiencing whatever excellence has been preordained for this being?

Something to think about.

  1. i would say the opposite. i think that we learn who we are from the stories from other people. you can't be just your own story, where would that take you?
